The Dimensions & Domains Survey measures your overall well-being within the context of four Domains and four Dimensions.

The Four Domains

The four Domains are (1) physical, (2) emotional, (3) mental and (4) existentiaI. Within the context of this survey, these four domains are regarded as interconnected categories of human experience. Below is a simplified overview of each of the separate domains.
